1.Make a new gmail Account .2.Then Make youtube Account with that new gmail id.
3.Now upload your video on Youtube.
4. Wait for increased views of your Video/Videos [Ask your frnd to view video]
5. After 200-400 views youtube will offer a partnership progrm for monitisation
6. Accept it for adsense and make a/c in Adsense.

I think now we need atleast 1000 views of video for adsense approval.Tried it earlier lets see what happens.
